STEP 2: If this is your first time visiting this site or with a new computer you will have to download and install the ActiveX Control Plugin. You will find an arrow pointing at “click here”. Click on it and “install this plugin”.

STEP 3: After the plugin is done downloading it will ask you “Do you want to install this software?” You then click on “Install”

STEP 4: The program will then need to ask you for permission you will then click on “continue”.

STEP 5: You are then given a “client id”. This ID must be given to the person who is providing the remote desktop assistance. You can either email it or call it in.
